Since there will be no service location associated with the subscriber's plant assignment, when entering a service order for this subscriber, the system will force you to enter a service location before anything else can be entered when entering into the Plant Information Screen. 
  1. Enter the service location on the Plant Information Screen.
  2. Enter a service order for this subscriber.
